I just wanted to take a minute to tell everyone the works at PVPE THANK YOU!...You are the best! Everytime I come in the store everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone there takes the time to listen to what your needs are (I have a dog with allergies) and is willing to take the time to answer any question you have.

Our 7 year old cock-a-poo (Missy May) had lost all her hair on her back end and patches from her legs.  We tried several baths and sprays to control her chewing and scratching.  We were at the point of having her go on Steriods and we stopped at Perk Valley Pet Eatey for a training collar.  The staff at PVPE recommended we switch her food to a grain-free variety and supplement with Coconut Oil to help her from the inside-out for her skin and coat.  Within a couple of days the scratching totally stopped and we were finally, after eight months, able to take her cone off knowing she would not scratch herself again.  Her hair started to grow back!  She now won't eat her food unless we put the Coconut Oil on her food.  The Coconut Oil has also helped our other dog that had some digestion proglems .  We are very pleased with the results and have begun shopping for all of our pet supplies and food to Perk Valley Pet Eatery.

Sue, Gordon, John and their staff are wonderful to work with. My husband and I prefer to shop with and support our local small business owners. When the shop in Trappe opened, we were elated! We have been shopping with them since a week or so after they Grand Opened.We show and limitedly breed Dobermans. Sue and Gordon offer the Super Premium Food choices that help us set the foundation for our dogs in the Conformation Ring, Obedience Ring and our retired Seniors, keeping them in top condition. They offer hard to find products and never say they are unable to order something they do not carry on a regular basis. The Seminars on Nutrition from the various vendors that they offer at the shop, are hugely informative. What we like the most is they keep your pet at the center of what they do. They realize how important to us they are and work with us to help keep them happy and healthy from puppy hood through to their senior years.
